- I'd imagine that your interior lights are currently powered by either AC or DC power and when the camper switches from 120 AC to 12 DC there is actually a converter in play that keeps the power source the same voltage for your lights as this is a common setup.

- The Wesbar light # 271594 hangs on studs so it would not work in place of the lights on your Jayco trailer but I do have another recommendation.
Take a look at light # RVSTL61 for the left and # RVSTL60 for the right. These lights have mounting holes that are space 7-3/8 inches apart on center side to side and 2 inches on center top to bottom. If the lights you have now have the same mounting pattern these can be used though they do not have the same dimensions as the old lights.
